DSB er en af Danmarks mest betroede transportløsninger, som tilbyder en række tjenester til både lokale og turister. Med et venligt og hjælpsomt personale har mange kunder haft positive oplevelser, især med medarbejdere som Klaus, der er blevet rost for deres fremragende service.

For kunder, der har brug for hjælp, er personalet ofte meget imødekommende, med flere, der skifter til engelsk for at hjælpe udenlandske gæster. Det er også bemærkelsesværdigt, at DSB har hurtig og effektiv service, selv når der er travlt.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Jeg har lige været på hovedbanegården og skulle have hjælp til at ændre kundetype på mit rejsekort. Blev betjent af den venligste mest hjælpsomme dame jeg længe har mødt. Kæmpe stor ros over at mennesker som hende, stadig findes i et servicefag. Tak!!

Negativ oplevelse: Be careful, It us an absolute scam, prices in this office are more that 100% expesive then buying it online via dsb.dk or deutsche bahn. A friend was asked today 900dkk for a ticket from Copenhagen to Hamburg and online was 400dkk or 55 euros. Not to mention service, very nervous off

Fantastisk oplevelse: Har fået den bedste oplevelse i dsb rejsebureau. Vi, 3 damer i vores bedste alder, blev glædeligt overrasket, efter at have læst alle de dårlige anmeldelser her på Google. Ved nummerautomaten stod der en, der guidede alle kunder, og efter at have ventet ca 5 min var det vores tur. Den mest venlige og servicemindede mand, sørgede for at vi fik de bedste og billigste billetter, samt printere materiale ud om hvilke perroner vi skulle afsted fra. En virkelig positiv oplevelse..... 5⭐️ fra os alle 3

Negativ oplevelse: Paid a lot of money in 2024 to take a 5 hour international train trip from Copenhagen to Hamburg in a train wagon from probably 1999 with no wifi and no power outlets at our seats. Worse than Flixbus, how is that possible? Rip off for the money paid.

Negativ oplevelse: Why are the trains always either delayed, cancelled or just stop for no reason? Rarely are there enough seats. Just a poor service overall. I have missed work and important appointments many times over the last four months. If you are aware of delays and cancellations surely there should be a reduction on prices ....

Fantastisk oplevelse: I approached this DSB office to get my Rajsekort card, The moment I went in a lady with a smiling face asked me if I needed help in Danes but when I said I'm new and yet to learn danes, she immidiately switched to English and guided me to fill 2 forms. gave me a token and guided me to the counter, The officer at the counter asked my passport and where I need to travel, travel pass etc. he politely and patiently explained me how the public transport in Copenhagen and denmark functions and how to use the rajsekort card. He even advised me the best option to choose between monthly pass. great service, really appreciate. helps foriegners like me a lot and gives us hope that we are in a safe country.

Negativ oplevelse: Min mor og jeg skulle købe en pensionistbillet til hende, vi møder en utrolig ubehagelig kvinde i alderen 50+. Hun taler nedladende og vredt, jeg forsøger at oversætte til min mor, da min mor ikke helt forstår, hvad hun siger - her afbryder hun mig og siger med en tydelig irriteret stemme; “Tie lige stille” for efterfølgende at gentage sig selv uden at omformulere sig ‍♀️ Min mor får ikke den hjælp, hun behøver og vi ender med at købe en almindelig billet i automaten. Jeg ville have kaldt hende racist, hvis ikke jeg havde læst de øvrige kommentarer herinde. Sover DSB?! Det kan da ikke passe, at I har fået over 100 henvendelser, hvor stort set alle påpeger på dansk og engelsk, at jeres personale i stor stil er uopdragne og ubehagelige overfor kunderne/passsagerne. Skaf jer nogle nye. Gerne nogle der er unge og friske, nogen der gider deres job - det kan ikke være svært at udskifte folk som ikke præsterer godt på jobbet ‍♀️

Fantastisk oplevelse: EC Train from Hamburg-Copenhagen (operated by DB and DSB) arrived with more than 120min delay in Copenhagen due to technical difficulties. Missed train (SJ) to Stockholm and further. Staff (DSB) organised bus for 40+ people to Stockholm and gave out new train tickets for the connecting journeys. Quick and easy service. Thank you!

Positiv oplevelse: DSB is a great travel solution in Denmark rather using card or ticketing. But few things need to be considered e.g. the place where I want to travel is covered by my DSB zone or not it should be displayed and if not covered than from where to where I need to pay extra it should be suggested. Also, if anyone pay extra for Metro, why they can't travel some RE trains or other special trains? I requested to DSB not to be rigid to select zones while app purchasing, give some freedom to take the zones or add some additional zones as per the user demand. My suggestion to all DSB user is know your zones well before travelling.

Positiv oplevelse: Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Lounge ist sehr schön und die Marshmallow Snacks sehr lecker. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn vielleicht noch weitere Snacks angeboten werden würden. Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn Tickets in der Lounge gekauft werden könnten.

Negativ oplevelse: They have the ugliest people working. They made a mistake placing my address in a different spot (zone) and even though I was paying for their mistake the treatment wasn't correct.. You made a mistake not me.. it's your fault.. I paid more than 1000 thousand kr and even when I was doing less zones I had to pay more than 10kr.. that means you set the wrong address since the beginning.. and then recognized that.. then changing the discourse saying that was my fault arguing it's a language issue.. a little bit suspicious and a typical danish discrimination reaction when they don't want to accept the true. and even when your own population are claiming for better service.. the service is ridiculous always dirty train corridors full of garbage and dust.. the train connection schedule fits with a country side town train.. I felt scammed..

Positiv oplevelse: Mix of the most polite and kind staff, and the rudest, most short-tempered. One lent me an expensive pen to fill out forms. Another acted like I was a total fool for not bringing a CPR yellow card (which I haven't received yet as they're not sent for a month after registering) after I'd been assured by a staff member in the airport that all I needed was ID.

Positiv oplevelse: Kun fire ud af seks kasser var åbne, så ventetiden blev noget lang - og da der er tre-fire forskellige billetnummerrækker har man ingen fornemmelse af, hvor tæt man er på målet. Til gengæld var der fin og venlig service, da vi endelig kom igennem - og også ros til guiden ved modtagepulten; han var meget vidende og serviceminded. I øvrigt en god ide med den pult, han sparkede en del kunder for at skulle stå i kø.

Positiv oplevelse: I går aftes den 24.august var vi 2personer med S-toget over Dybbølsbro hvor vi måtte skifte til Spor 4-6 og her på vej ned af trappen møder os et meget ulækkkert syn. Der var tilsyneladende én som havde kastet op på vej ned af trappen. Dette var ved kl.18 tiden . Da vi var på vej tilbage fra vores tur ved 23 tiden var det der stadig da vi skulle forcere trappen igen. Jeg håber ikke at de morgen passagerer har skullet se samme syn ,eller risikere at glide i det .Nu er jeg ikke så hurtig for tiden. Men unge mennesker især som har travlt kunne nemt komme galt afsted.Hilsen KM Larsen. PS: håber at der fremover vil blive tjekket trapper på DSB + områder frem over.

Negativ oplevelse: Ofte dybt ubehageligt personale (med få positive undtagelser) og så er det dyrt og forsinket/aflyst. Har flere gange oplevet at tjekke ind på perronen, at toget blev forsinket og at et beløb alligevel blev trukket fra mit rejsekort ved udtjekning fra samme perron. Normaltvis ser jeg personalet være dem som eskalerer situationen med deres grimme og autoritære tone. Telefonisk er de ubehjælpsomme. Og nej, har aldrig fået en eneste bøde... Anmeldelsen lyder grov, men det gennemsnitlige dansker vil give mig ret ;)

Negativ oplevelse: Staff on the counter desks were polite and helpful (***** 5 stars). We changed our card from anonymous to personal and he did explained to us very nicely regarding the payment and everything. But the one DSB representative who is outside (especially the female) was highly super racist and extremely rude. No manners at all. As if she is doing some favor by doing her job. DSB should take strict action and teach her some manners especially how to deal with the customers.

Negativ oplevelse: Absolutely useless service and policies. Entire server was down and not a single ticket machine working in the city (06/01/2020). Yet rather than allowing us to travel on the trains without a ticket they told me I had to wait in line for an hour to buy from a human staffed ticket window. People’s have trains to catch by a certain time... Luckily I was travelling to Malmö and so could buy a ticket from the Swedish ticket vending machine. Though they are only available at Copenhagen Central and I missed 2 trains in all the faff.

Negativ oplevelse: Horrible staff! They do not respect themselves, as the representitive maybe the one offering first impression to the world of this Country, they have bad attitude, they dun wanna tell you the train schedule or which platform but go look up to the screen yourself. We have been here 3 times to buy tickets cross countries and to the nearby city. The staff here didnt want to say a single word to you. Unfortunately we were in counter no.2 for 3 times, different staff, same attitude. Disappointed!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Very friendly and helpful staff! We had to buy our train tickets here since the ticket machines did not accept our credit card. The English-speaking staff helped us in a matter of a few minutes. Compared to other ticket offices in other European countries, this was a very welcome change. Other railway companies can certainly learn a thing or two from DSB when it comes to very good costumer service. Tak for din hjælp!

Fantastisk oplevelse: We received truly excellent service today when we missed a connection. The staff was so calm and friendly and rerouted us, making sure we got home the same day as planned. They let us travel first class to avoid having to spend the night with two children. Many thanks!

Negativ oplevelse: The DSB staff were all so rude, gave different instruction for how to find the bus stop, and they acted like I was stupid and wasting their time, and treated me like I was an idiot for not magically knowing where it is. I'm touring 6 countries in Europe, and so far, Copenhagen seems to be very unwelcoming of it's guests.

Negativ oplevelse: Scaled dow services make for long ques to get anything. It can literally take close to a half an hour to get a handful of numbers served. Train prices however go up as the service gets worse.
